Terms of Service

The rules of the room.

Last updated: September 13, 2026

1. What Subtle Network is

Subtle Network is a membership community and content platform for contractors. We provide educational content, surface public-sector opportunities, host a podcast (The Subtle Blessing), and operate a private community.

Subtle Network is not a brokerage. It is not a legal, tax, or insurance advisor. And it is not a guarantee of contracts. We surface information and build a room; what you do with it is up to you.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use the service. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. We may suspend or close accounts for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

3. Memberships and billing

We offer a free account (no payment required) and one paid membership:

  • Member — $149/mo or $1,520/yr. Opens the full opportunity details, the weekly contracts email, the client-ready templates, the courses, and the monthly live session.

Paid memberships auto-renew on the cycle you choose. You can cancel any time through your account dashboard or by emailing info@subtleaccess.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Pricing changes and the first-10 course perk

We may change membership pricing for new members at any time. Existing members are given at least 30 days’ notice by email before any change to their own rate. The first ten paying members keep permanent access to the courses included in membership at the time they joined, even if they later cancel; that perk is personal, non-transferable, and does not survive account closure for cause.

5. Acceptable use

When using the service, you agree not to:

  • Resell membership content.
  • Scrape or use automated access against the platform.
  • Share your account with anyone else.
  • Use the platform to harass, defraud, or recruit for unrelated commercial purposes.
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with Subtle Network.

6. Community conduct

The following community rules are binding terms of your membership:

  • The room is for working contractors. Self-promotion goes in your bio, not the chat.
  • No pitching services in DMs without consent. One report = warning. Two = removal.
  • Opportunities discussed in the community are not exclusive. Members get the link, the room gets the conversation.
  • What’s said here stays here. Don’t screenshot conversations to external social media.

7. Intellectual property

Subtle Network owns all platform content, brand, podcast episodes, ACCESS pieces, LEARN materials, and original opportunity write-ups. While your membership is active, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use that content. You retain ownership of what you post in the community, but you grant Subtle Network a non-exclusive right to use it within the platform.

8. Disclaimers

Subtle Network surfaces public-sector opportunities and provides educational content. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or insurance advice. Opportunity information is sourced from publicly available data and may contain errors or be out of date. You are responsible for your own due diligence before bidding on any contract. The service is provided “as is” without warranty.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subtle Network LLC’s total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms. You may cancel any time. On termination, you lose access to gated content. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Georgia law. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, or by small-claims court in the same county for claims under $15,000. You and Subtle Network LLC each waive the right to participate in a class action.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice by email to all members. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Contact

For all questions, email info@subtleaccess.net.
