Get in the room.
Your paperwork gets you in. Each registration or certification is its own fixed-price engagement — we prepare and file it, you supply the documents, and it’s done in order.
from $299 per registration · $249 for members
Pick the doors you need. Each one is priced on its own.
Not a bundle. Most contractors start with one or two — the federal registration and the state registry — and add the rest as the work calls for it. Tap any i for what the term means.
| Registration | What we do | General | Member |

Member price applies to active Subtle Network members ($149/mo). Anyone can book a registration; members pay the lower rate. Agency fees, where an agency charges one, are separate and passed through at cost. This is filing and coordination work, not legal advice.
Every registration includes
- A document checklist on day one — exactly what we need from you, in one list.
- We prepare and submit the filing, in the format the agency requires.
- We handle the follow-ups, corrections, and resubmissions until it shows active.
- You get confirmation plus the logins and records for your own files.
What “starting rate” means
The starting rate covers a standard filing. If yours needs more — an expired registration to untangle, several NAICS codes, a certification with a site visit — the consultation sets the exact number in writing before you commit. Certifications are always quoted individually.
The 60-day window
Every registration starts with a document checklist. You have 60 days from your start dateto get us what’s on it. If the documents haven’t arrived by day 60, the engagement closes and the fee is not refundable— the slot was held and the preparation was done. Need more time? Tell us before day 60 and we’ll set a new date in writing.
Then the contracts.
Once you’re registered, the opportunities feed is where the work is — public-sector contracts surfaced weekly, with the official links for members.
