Refund Policy

When you get your money back, and when you don’t.

Last updated: September 13, 2026

1. The promise

“We don’t lock anyone into a year if they’re not getting value in the first 14 days.”

2. New memberships — 14-day full refund

Any new paid membership — monthly or annual — is fully refundable within 14 days of the original charge. No questions, no required survey, no retention call. Email info@subtleaccess.net from the email you used to sign up, and the refund processes within 5 business days.

3. After 14 days — prorata for annual only

  • Monthly members who cancel after 14 days are not refunded for the current month; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Annual members who cancel between days 15 and 90 are refunded for unused months, minus a $20 processing fee.
  • Annual members who cancel after day 90 are not refunded; access continues to the end of the annual term.

4. What’s not refundable

  • Patreon pledges — handled through Patreon’s own refund process.
  • Done-for-you services, Get Registered, and other one-time work — governed by the written proposal and service agreement you sign, not this policy. Get Registered engagements carry a 60-day document window: if the documents on your checklist have not reached us within 60 days of your start date, the engagement closes and the fee is not refundable.
  • Memberships terminated for cause — violation of community rules, fraud, or chargebacks.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback before contacting info@subtleaccess.net results in account termination. We resolve refund issues directly and faster than the card networks do.

6. Contact

All refund requests go to info@subtleaccess.net. Standard response time: 1 business day.
