The Subtle Network operates this website at subtleaccess.net. We help contractors find public-sector opportunities and learn the paperwork and finances that keep them in the room.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through the forms on this site:

  • Email address when you sign up to be notified about the podcast, community, or learn library.
  • Reservation details when you reserve your spot: your name, email, trade, city/area, where you are in your journey, and anything you write in the open field.

We do not run blog comments, and we do not sell your information.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about the network, to let you know when membership opens, and to send the updates you asked for. That’s it.

Where it’s stored

Form submissions are stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) on servers in the United States. Access is restricted and connections are encrypted.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you’re interested in the network. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can opt out of our emails at any time. To make a request, email us at the address below.
